A bus driver in England has been suspended for refusing to drive a bus adorned with LGBTQ-pride-themed numbers, a report stated.
The driving force allegedly received on the bus in Norwich and instructed passengers, “this bus promotes homosexuality and I refuse to drive it,” in response to the BBC.
The bus featured rainbow-colored neon letters above the entrance windshield that establish the bus by quantity.
The corporate that operates the bus, Go East Anglia, instructed the BBC that the motive force had been suspended after passengers complained and that an investigation was ongoing.
The corporate stated in a press release that it “prides itself on values that assist variety and inclusion and has been a champion of Norwich Delight since 2017.”
“We notably need all prospects of no matter background or sexual orientation to really feel comfy on our companies,” they added.
